Journalists have identified the two security guards who met former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak upon his release from pretrial detention. According to investigators, they previously worked for the State Security Service and were responsible for protecting President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Journalists identify one of them as Andriy Servetnyk, who had previously been spotted on multiple occasions at events attended by the president. He was last seen alongside Zelenskyy in August 2025 during a prayer breakfast.
Another bodyguard, according to the investigation, is Volodymyr Chirochka. He was seen during Zelenskyy and Yermak’s visit to Bucha in 2022, in the Kherson region after the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant was blown up, and during negotiations in Saudi Arabia in 2025.
Journalists have not yet identified the third man, but claim that he also appeared in photos with Zelenskyy and Yermak.
According to sources in law enforcement, after Yermak’s dismissal from the Presidential Office, these bodyguards allegedly left the State Security Service and now work as private security guards. There is currently no independent confirmation of this information.
Yermak stated in court that he respects state institutions.
