Weather Forecast for Ukraine on July 24 and Outlook for Early August
On Friday, July 24, Ukraine will see variable cloudiness with brief showers and thunderstorms, so a sharp rise in temperature is not expected.
Key weather conditions for July 24:
Precipitation and storm warnings: Rain is possible overnight in the west and east, and during the day across nearly the entire country, with the exception of most southern regions. In the western part of the country, as well as in the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, a “yellow” (I) danger level has been issued due to thunderstorms.
Temperatures: Overnight on July 24, temperatures will reach +10...+15°C (up to +19°C in the south and east). During the day, temperatures will range from +21...+26°C. As usual, it will be coolest in the Carpathians: +5...+10°C at night and +12...+17°C during the day.
Weather in the capital: No precipitation is expected overnight in Kyiv and the surrounding region, but brief showers with thunderstorms are possible during the day across the region. Daytime temperatures in the capital will be around +25°C, and across the region, they will range from +21°C to +26°C. The wind will be from the north, 5–10 m/s.

Outlook for the weekend and August:
According to meteorologist Natalka Didenko, temperatures will begin to rise gradually starting this weekend. On Monday, temperatures may rise to +30...+32°C, followed by a brief drop in temperatures midweek. However, a real heatwave may return to Ukraine as early as the beginning of August.
