The Prostor beauty store chain is exiting the Ukrainian market
Prostor, one of Ukraine’s largest beauty store chains, is winding down its operations. The stores will be closed in phases.
The decision was made by NUMIS LLC, which operates the Prostor chain in the Ukrainian market. The company announced that the store closures will begin on July 1, 2026. The official statement did not specify the reasons for this move.
Representatives of the chain described this decision as difficult and expressed regret that they were unable to announce the changes earlier.
“We deeply appreciate the journey we have taken together with you, and we strive to complete all ongoing processes as correctly and transparently as possible,” the company’s statement reads.
Prostor assured that it will strive to complete all operational processes in the most organized manner possible and without breaching its obligations to customers and partners.
For a long time, the Prostor chain was one of the largest players in the Ukrainian market for beauty, personal care, and household chemical products. The company’s stores operated in many cities across Ukraine and competed with other major retail chains in this segment.
At this time, the company has not disclosed exactly how many stores will be closed or the timeline for completely winding down the chain’s operations.

As a reminder, PJSC “ZNVKIF ‘Benefit’,” owned by Fozzy Group co-founder Volodymyr Kostelman, has signed an agreement to acquire control of LLC “Nedles,” which operates the “Badyoryi” market chain.
