The SBU is issuing warnings about enemy recruitment following the terrorist attack in Bucha
Following the tragic events in Bucha, Ukrainians began receiving mass SMS messages from the Security Service of Ukraine warning of increased enemy recruitment activity on social media.
On March 23, 2026, subscribers in various regions of the country reported this, posting screenshots of the alerts they received. The SBU urges citizens to be vigilant and not to fall for offers of easy money for performing “simple tasks.”

The text of the message emphasizes that unknown individuals may offer money for committing arson and terrorist attacks on Ukrainian territory. Law enforcement officials ask that such cases be reported immediately via the special Telegram chatbot “Burn the FSB Agent” at
The warnings are being issued amid an escalation of the situation in the country following massive Russian attacks on ports in the Odesa region and power grid failures in Kyiv. While Moldova is seeking a 25-year prison sentence for oligarch Plahotniuc, Ukraine continues to deploy the latest defense systems, including German Strila interceptor drones. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy insists on strengthening sanctions against the Russian oil fleet, which finances terrorism and hybrid threats in the region.
As a reminder, a double terrorist attack occurred this morning in Bucha near a residential building, injuring police officers.
Additionally, the SBU announced that a woman from Kharkiv is under suspicion for luring police officers into a terrorist attack in Lviv.
