Sense Bank has reshuffled its board of directors ahead of privatization
A new independent member has been appointed to the Sense Bank supervisory board—international banker Peter Novak, who has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector.
He previously worked at Tatra Banka, Raiffeisen Bank International, VUB Banka, and Prima Banka, and served on the supervisory boards of Raiffeisen Group banks in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary.
Sense Bank stated that Novak’s experience is expected to strengthen corporate governance and help the bank prepare for privatization.
