Sunny and mildly warm: what will the weather be like in Ukraine on March 23

Forecaster Natalka Didenko reported on March 22, 2026, that the following day would bring mostly clear skies with no precipitation to most regions of Ukraine. Daytime temperatures will range from +10 to +14 degrees, and in some parts of the south, temperatures will rise to +16 degrees.

According to Didenko, it will be slightly cooler in the northeast—from +8 to +12 degrees with a moderate easterly wind.

Despite the daytime warming, nighttime temperatures will remain low—ranging from 3 degrees below freezing to 4 degrees above freezing—resulting in a chilly morning. No precipitation is expected in Kyiv on March 23, and the maximum air temperature will be around +10 degrees. Thursday has been tentatively identified as the warmest day of next week, when temperatures will rise to between +12 and +18 degrees across the country.

Forecasters predict that on the afternoon of March 22, temperatures will rise to 8–13 degrees above freezing in most regions of the country, while in the Carpathians, temperatures will range from 3 degrees below freezing to 2 degrees above freezing.
