Stolar confirmed that the NABU conducted searches at his home as part of Operation Forest Gump

On August 19, Member of Parliament Vadym Stolar confirmed that NABU is conducting investigative activities at his residence as part of the “Forest Gump” special operation. According to him, he is cooperating with Bureau representatives and is not obstructing their work.

 

“In response to inquiries from media representatives, I would like to inform you that NABU is conducting investigative activities at my home. I am openly cooperating with NABU officials. I am not creating any obstacles to the work of law enforcement,” he stated.

As a reminder, searches are being conducted at Sens Bank as part of an anti-corruption special operation by NABU and the SAPO.

NABU and the SAPO announced a special operation to expose a criminal organization which, according to preliminary data, operated under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament and with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals.

As part of the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption operation, searches are also being conducted at the residence of Iryna Mudra, deputy head of the Office of the President. 

NABU and the SAPO released wiretap recordings in connection with the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation.
