Police have released details of a shooting at the Svitlovodsk City Council building in the Kirovohrad region, where two people were injured.

According to preliminary information, three men entered the office of the first deputy mayor. A conflict arose between them and the official, during which the official pulled out a non-lethal pistol and fired several shots at the visitors.
