Court Sets Pretrial Condition for Second Suspect in Berezovskaya Murder Case
A hearing has begun at the Pechersk District Court in Kyiv to determine a pretrial detention measure for Vitaliy Zhikovych—the second suspect in the case of the murder of Anastasia Berezovskaya.
The prosecution is asking the court to remand the suspect in custody without the possibility of bail. Meanwhile, defense attorney Anatoly Ivanov is requesting 24-hour house arrest.
Before the hearing began, the defense attorney stated that his client does not admit guilt.

Prior to this, an explosion occurred in Monaco, seriously injuring Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev. According to our sources, Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolayev sustained minor injuries as a result of an explosion in a residential building in Monaco.
A large-scale operation is underway in Monaco to search for the perpetrator who attempted to assassinate Yermolayev.
