You don't have to attend the TCC, but only until the end of July: important information for young men
17-year-old Ukrainians have the opportunity to complete their mandatory military registration online by the end of July. All it takes is using the app, BankID, and a few minutes of your time.
After July 31, the procedure will change—to register, you’ll have to visit a regional recruitment center in person.
The agency explained that online registration allows individuals to complete the mandatory procedure remotely. This eliminates the need to gather paper documents or stand in lines.
How to Register for Military Service via “Reserve+”
To register online, you must:
install the “Reserve+” app or update it to the latest version;
log in via BankID;
select the “Register” service;
check the information on the screen;
click the “Register” button and wait for the request to be processed automatically.
After successfully registering for military service, a “Reserve+ ID” with the status “Conscript” will appear in the app.
Does this mean conscription?
The Ministry of Defense has emphasized that registration for military service does not mean conscription into military service.
The procedure allows you to obtain a military registration document. It may be required when enrolling in an educational institution, seeking employment, processing certain documents, or accessing government services.
