Four regions of Ukraine are without power due to shelling by Russia
As of September 14, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions remain temporarily without electricity due to hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure.
The agency noted that power utility workers are operating at full capacity, and emergency repair and restoration work is ongoing around the clock. Specialists are working to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible.
In the Sumy region, a Russian drone attacked a utility workers’ service vehicle. As a result of the strike, one employee was killed and another was injured.
The injured worker was taken to a hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical care.
In addition to the regions affected by hostilities, some consumers in the Mykolaiv region remain without power due to adverse weather conditions.
Repair crews are already working to restore power.
The Ministry of Energy reported that no power restrictions are expected on September 14. At the same time, the ministry reminded consumers to check official resources of their respective regional power companies for information on possible changes.
Ukrainians were also urged to use electricity sparingly during peak consumption hours—in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the power grid.
At the same time, the Ministry of Energy noted that power rationing schedules had already been implemented in Ukraine during the summer of 2026—specifically on June 30 and July 1.

Russian troops attacked the warehouses of an agricultural enterprise in Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, during the day. According to preliminary police reports, three people were killed and seven others were injured.
Over the past 24 hours, four people were injured as a result of Russian attacks on the Kharkiv region, including a two-month-old girl. The occupiers used guided aerial bombs and various types of drones.
Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 17 settlements in the Sumy region. As a result of the enemy attacks, one person was killed and five others were wounded.
On the night of September 14, Russian troops carried out another airstrike on Ukraine. The occupiers launched 108 attack drones of various types, and Ukrainian air defense destroyed or intercepted 85 enemy targets.
In the Kherson region, two people were killed and 14 residents were wounded as a result of Russian attacks over the past 24 hours. Russian forces used aircraft, attack drones, and artillery.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 876 strikes on 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. One person was killed in the attacks, and four more residents were wounded.
Overnight, Russian forces launched guided airstrikes on Izyum in the Kharkiv region. Three people were injured in the attack, including a two-month-old infant.
In addition, Russian forces attacked a vehicle belonging to a REM repair crew in the Konotop district of the Sumy region. The workers were on their way to the site of a power grid failure to carry out repair work.
On September 10, in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv, a drone crashed in an open area in the woods near a shopping center. According to preliminary reports, there was no fire and no injuries.
In the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv, an enemy drone struck the roof of a four-story business center. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances and address the aftermath of the incident.
