In Crimea, the FSB detained a man for supporting Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes on fuel infrastructure
In the temporarily occupied Crimea, FSB officers detained a 55-year-old resident of Feodosia for publicly supporting attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the invaders’ fuel infrastructure facilities.
This was reported by Suspilne, citing the occupying “Crimean Investigative Committee.”
According to Russian law enforcement officials, a criminal case has been opened against the man under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code. The report states that he expressed support for and justified an “act of terrorism” in a public place in Feodosia. By this wording, the occupiers mean the successful attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on fuel and energy facilities in the city.
A video released online shows that the arrest involved the use of physical force. The occupiers have also ordered a series of “expert examinations” as part of the illegally initiated criminal case.
As a reminder, since the beginning of the year, Russian occupation forces have significantly increased their use of the “Bastion” coastal missile system to strike the mainland of Ukraine.
As a reminder, on the night of March 24, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a Russian “Bastion” coastal missile system launcher.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces also struck Russian military targets.
