This morning, Train No. 44, traveling from Ivano-Frankivsk to Cherkasy, made an unscheduled stop in Fastiv. The stop was not due to a drone threat, but for a more pleasant reason.
This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
Within minutes, paramedics, alerted by the train conductor, assisted a woman with a newborn from the train car. The baby boy was born just before the train arrived.
The train’s medical team and passengers assisted with the delivery; the mother and child are in satisfactory condition.
As a reminder, Ukrzaliznytsia has clarified who is entitled to the space under the lower bunk.
Ukrzaliznytsia has also reduced the number of commuter trains, with some canceled.
As a reminder, Ukrzaliznytsia provided new information on train traffic in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy regions—areas of heightened danger due to enemy shelling.
