Certain services on Reserve+ have been suspended — Ministry of Defense
The “Reserve+” mobile app has temporarily suspended certain services that require mandatory verification of disability status through other government systems.
This restriction is a necessary measure aimed at technically refining the interaction between registries.
As noted, this was done to prevent errors in processing applications caused by incorrect responses from social services registries. Specialists are currently working to establish a stable digital exchange of information between agencies.
Due to ongoing technical work, the following features may be temporarily unavailable to app users:
- submitting an application for deferment based on disability;
- updating disability information online;
- verification of relevant data by TCC and SP operators.
The relevant ministry has reassured citizens who have already used these electronic services. The restrictions are purely technical in nature and in no way alter the legal status of those subject to military service.
“Important: This does not affect existing deferrals and does not revoke the right to a deferral if there are legal grounds. Once stable data exchange is restored, the services will once again be available on ‘Reserve+’. We will provide further updates on this,” the Ministry of Defense emphasized.
This was officially announced by the press center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
