The Verkhovna Rada proposes to further restrict exit from Ukraine

The draft law, which provides for amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Procedure for Departure from and Entry into Ukraine by Citizens of Ukraine," aims to expand the grounds for departure. The draft law was initiated by a number of MPs, including Yuriy Mysyagin, Dmytro Pryputen, Roman Kostenko, Oleksandra Bobrovska, Serhiy Fediyenko and Vadym Ivchenko. The draft was received on November 14, 2025 and has already been submitted for consideration.
