The "Reserve+" app experienced a major technical glitch
On Wednesday, April 1, users of the "Reserve+" mobile app encountered widespread service issues.
The app won’t load and is prompting users to install an update that is currently unavailable in official app stores.
Due to technical difficulties, Ukrainians are strongly advised to carry paper military registration documents with them. This will help avoid misunderstandings and problems during checks by TCC representatives or police on the streets.
Cybersecurity experts warn against downloading questionable versions of the app from third-party sources or Telegram channels.
Such actions could lead to the device being infected with viruses or a critical leak of users’ personal data.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has previously provided a procedure for handling such critical situations. Citizens were advised to save a PDF version of their electronic military ID to their mobile device in advance.
To create such a copy, tap the three dots on the app’s home screen and select “Download PDF.”
This allows you to present the document even in the absence of a stable internet connection or in the event of server outages.
As a reminder, a major technical glitch occurred in the “Reserve+” app.
Reserve+ has expanded the list of fines that can be paid online.
The Ministry of Defense also explained the meaning of the “Requires BZVP” mark in Reserve+.
