The Reserve+ app experienced a glitch: users temporarily lost access to their documents
On June 5, a technical glitch occurred in the "Reserve+" app, preventing some users from accessing their military registration data and electronic documents.
Users reported issues with authorization and loading information. When opening the app, a message appeared on the screen: “Something strange happened. Please try again later.”
Due to the glitch, data was temporarily not displayed in the system, and certain functions were unstable.
Amid the service issues, citizens were advised to carry paper military registration documents with them until the app was fully restored.
The service was eventually restored. As of 1:00 p.m., the “Reserve+” app was back to normal operation.
The causes of the technical failure were not officially reported.
"Reserve+" has introduced a feature for electronic registration with the TCC.
As a reminder, "Reserve+" has expanded the list of fines that can be paid online.
The Ministry of Defense also explained the meaning of the “Requires BZVP” mark in Reserve+.
