Uklon has launched in four new cities in Ukraine: where to order a ride
Starting September 15, the Uklon ride-hailing service became available in four more cities in Ukraine—Drohobych, Mukachevo, Oleksandriya, and Uman.
Uklon Expands Its Presence in Ukraine
This is the first time since the start of the full-scale invasion that the company has launched its service in several new cities simultaneously.
As a result, Uklon is now available in 31 cities across Ukraine, as well as within the Bukovel resort complex.
According to Uklon’s Chief Ride-hailing Officer Olena Orlova, the company continues to expand its geographic reach amid shifts in the distribution of economic and demographic activity in Ukraine.
“Along with people, a portion of businesses, jobs, and daily and tourist routes has shifted to smaller cities in the west and center of the country. Demand for rides there is steadily growing,” she noted.
The company explains that the decision to launch in a new city is made when there is a sufficient number of potential users and driver-partners to ensure the service operates smoothly.
In Drohobych, Oleksandriya, and Uman, users have access to seven vehicle classes: “Quick Search,” “Basic,” “Standard,” “Comfort,” "Station Wagon," "Minibus," and "Driver." In Mukachevo, the "Business" class is also available.
At the same time, the Uklon Delivery service is available in all four cities.
Rides can be booked through the Uklon app. Users need to specify their pickup location and destination, select a payment method, and confirm the order. Drivers can join the platform independently through the Uklon Driver app.
The same standards apply in the new cities as in the company’s other regions of operation: passengers see the fare before confirming the order, and drivers are screened according to uniform guidelines.

Uklon is launching its own marketplace: flowers are the first service offered.
