Ukraine will receive 36 buses from Brussels
The Brussels-based transportation company STIB will transfer 36 diesel buses to Ukraine, which will be used to transport passengers in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
The buses, which entered service in 2010–2011, will be transferred in batches starting in September. Each has approximately 700,000 kilometers on the odometer.
The transfer of these vehicles is part of STIB’s fleet renewal program. The company is gradually transitioning to electric vehicles and plans to fully electrify its fleet by 2035.
