Temperatures of up to 18°F, rain, and thunderstorms are forecast for Ukraine on April 3

On Friday, April 3, mostly rainy weather is expected across Ukraine, with the exception of most western regions. 

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the central regions during the day. Fog is forecast for most southern and central regions at night and in the morning, which may affect visibility on the roads. Nighttime temperatures will range from 5–10°F, while daytime highs will reach 13–18°F.

In Kyiv and the surrounding region, tomorrow will be cloudy with some sunny breaks. While the night in the capital region is expected to be dry, light rain is forecast for the day. Winds will be variable at 3–8 m/s, but in the western regions, they will shift to the northwest during the day and strengthen to 7–12 m/s. Temperatures in Kyiv will be 8–10°C at night, and daytime highs will reach 16–18°C.

Forecasters note that such weather conditions are typical for early April, despite the general trend toward accelerated global warming. Citizens are advised to take the forecast into account when planning trips, especially in areas prone to fog and thunderstorms.
