Ukrposhta is changing its rules for working with business clients
The state-owned postal operator Ukrposhta is introducing a new model of cooperation with corporate clients by implementing a single, universal contract.
From now on, businesses will no longer need to sign separate sets of documents for different types of shipments, as all services are consolidated into a single document.
According to the company’s press service, this decision is intended to significantly simplify the process of connecting to services and minimize bureaucratic procedures.
The new document processing model is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, for which the speed of logistics operations is critically important.
One of the main advantages of this innovation is the ability to sign the agreement entirely online directly on the company’s official website.
This allows businesses to avoid paperwork and quickly begin working with the state operator.
It is noted that the single contract provides entrepreneurs with significantly more flexibility in managing their own logistics chains.
Customers will be able to easily add new services or discontinue those that are no longer relevant without having to renegotiate the basic agreements.
Implementing this format optimizes document flow and frees up company resources for strategic tasks.
For small businesses, this means the ability to scale quickly and respond promptly to changes in market conditions.
Representatives of Ukrposhta emphasize that the digitization of services remains a priority for the national operator’s development.
Simplifying contractual relationships is a logical step within the overall strategy to improve the customer experience for the corporate sector.
As a reminder, Ukrposhta has been designated as a military infrastructure facility with 100% protection.
Ukrposhta is also expanding its discounted delivery of small packages to 24 new countries.
