Dii explained how to make a reservation change within 24 hours
"Dii" has simplified the process of reassigning employees from the defense industry and critical enterprises to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A response to an application will now be provided within 24 hours after the account information has been corrected.
This was reported in a Dii Telegram post.
Previously, 45 days were allotted to resolve issues with military registration, after which one had to submit a re-registration application, wait 72 hours, and then receive a final response.
“We have now eliminated the unnecessary steps. Now, if you are certain that you have resolved any discrepancies in your data within the 45-day period, you can immediately submit an application to extend the deferment, and you will receive a response within 24 hours,” the message states.
To submit an application on the “Diya” portal, you must:
- verify the information about the legal entity;
- in the “Employee Category” section, select “Employees with Military Registration Violations”;
- specify the current category after extending the reservation, if there are several;
- enter the employee’s details;
- review the application and sign it with an electronic digital signature (EDS).
If the application was submitted by an authorized representative, it must also be signed by the company’s director or the signatory listed in the Unified State Register.
As a reminder, "Dii" has automated the renewal of employee reservations.
