Odessa Declares a Day of Mourning for the Victims of the Russian Missile Strike
July 9 has been declared a day of mourning in Odesa for those killed in the Russian missile attack that claimed the lives of four people. The city will honor the memory of the victims of the tragedy, said Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.
“Today is a day of mourning in Odesa. We honor the memory of four of our people whose lives were mercilessly cut short by yesterday’s enemy attack. May their memory live on forever,” said the head of the Military Administration.

As a reminder, Russian forces struck Odesa—there are casualties and infrastructure damage.
The strike on Odesa was carried out with a missile equipped with a cluster warhead.
