In Odesa, the shelling caused problems with water supply, electricity, and communications

As a result of large-scale Russian shelling in Odesa, there are serious disruptions to utility services. According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, some areas of the city are experiencing partial water outages and unstable mobile service.

In addition, according to DTEK, parts of the city and the Odesa region remain without power. Specifically, residents of the Primorsky, Khadzhibey, and Peresyp districts are without electricity.

The power company emphasized that the damage is severe, so repairs will take time, but specialists are doing everything possible to restore power as quickly as possible.

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

On the night of August 9, Russian troops carried out a combined attack on Odesa using strike drones and ballistic missiles, resulting in at least six people being injured.

On the morning of August 9, Russian forces struck the Saltivsky District of Kharkiv, killing two people and injuring at least 12 others.
