Employees of the district traffic control center were detained in Odessa
On April 21, the Security Service of Ukraine detained military personnel from one of the regional territorial recruitment and social support centers in Odesa.
This information was confirmed to Suspilne by the press service of the Odesa Regional Recruitment and Social Support Center. The SBU press service has not yet commented on this information.
At 1:45 p.m., eight representatives of the Peresyp Regional Recruitment and Social Support Center and one district officer were detained. According to the authorities, they demanded $50,000.


At this time, the reasons and circumstances of the detention have not been officially disclosed. The agency noted that the leadership of the regional TCC has traveled to the scene to clarify all details.
"Additional information will be provided after official clarification," the agency’s press service assured.
Information about the detention of TCC representatives appeared today on Odessa Telegram channels. It was reported that the incident took place on Balkivska Street and involved a chase and gunfire.
