There are no plans for power outages in Ukraine on July 8

On Wednesday, July 8, Ukraine has no plans to impose power restrictions. Ukrenergo reported that there is currently no need for power outages.

At the same time, the company is urging Ukrainians to use electricity wisely to maintain the stability of the power grid. “Do not use high-power appliances that consume a lot of electricity in the evening,” Ukrenergo noted.

They recommend shifting energy consumption to daytime hours—from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this period, the load on the grid is typically lower, so using washing machines, water heaters, and other high-power appliances will be less of a strain on the power grid.

The company reminded the public that the situation in the power grid may change depending on consumption levels, weather, and potential infrastructure damage. For now, according to Ukrenergo, Ukrainians should have uninterrupted power on Wednesday without any planned restrictions. NEC “Ukrenergo” announced this on Facebook.
