Bus registrations in Ukraine rose by 19% in June
In June 2026, 183 buses and minibuses were added to Ukraine’s vehicle fleet, which is 19% more than during the same period last year.
At the same time, the share of new vehicles in total registrations fell to 28%. For comparison, in June 2025, this figure stood at 48%.
Among the new buses most frequently registered for the first time in Ukraine, ATAMAN and FORD took the lead with 12 units each. ZAZ took third place with 11 registered buses.
In the used vehicle market, MERCEDES-BENZ was in the highest demand—66 such buses were registered in June. The top three also included VOLKSWAGEN with 12 registrations and VAN HOOL with 11.
In total, 1,230 buses have been added to Ukraine’s bus fleet since the beginning of 2026, which is 4% more than during the same period in 2025.
Of the total number of registered vehicles, 500 were new, a 6% decrease year-over-year, while registrations of used buses rose by 12% to 730 units.
