The High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a preventive measure on former Deputy Prime Minister Stefanishyna
The High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a pretrial restraint on Olga Stefanishyna, former Deputy Prime Minister and former Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States. This was announced on Thursday, August 6.
The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the prosecution’s motion and imposed a pretrial measure on Stefanishyna in the form of bail set at 6 million hryvnias.
No other details of the court’s decision have been disclosed at this time.

As a reminder, the High Anti-Corruption Court considered a motion to impose a pretrial measure on former Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.S. Olga Stefanishyna, who is suspected of illicit enrichment and making false declarations.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) served Stefanyshyn with a new indictment.
Recently, Zelenskyy dismissed Stefanishyna from her post as Ukraine’s ambassador to the U.S.
NABU conducted searches in connection with the case involving Stefanishyna’s possible illicit enrichment.
