The High Anti-Corruption Court continued the preliminary hearing in the Yulia Tymoshenko case
On September 17, the High Anti-Corruption Court continued the preliminary hearing in the case of People’s Deputy Yulia Tymoshenko. The court is reviewing the case materials during the preliminary hearing.
Tymoshenko and her attorney, Oleksandr Gotin, as well as a representative of the prosecution, are present in the courtroom.
The presiding judge in the case is Oleg Tkachenko.

The apartment was purchased by the official’s mother-in-law for $300,000 of unknown origin and was subsequently rented out to her daughter.
Another Ukrainian minister, the former head of the agricultural committee, was exposed for misappropriating state-owned land worth 291 million hryvnias and attempting to misappropriate an additional 190 million hryvnias’ worth of land.
