Video: Heavy rain in Dnipro flooded the streets and disrupted traffic
A heavy downpour hit Dnipro, causing streets to flood and severely disrupting traffic. The storm was accompanied by thunder and strong gusts of wind.

The rain significantly disrupted traffic, as streams of water literally flooded the streets. In some places, the water level reached the rear bumper of cars. In addition to thunder, people heard the sounds of explosions. A Russian drone was shot down over the city.
Meanwhile, according to weather forecasters, the atmospheric front that caused the bad weather in Dnipro is moving toward Kyiv.

Leaders of the Russian-occupied regions of Dagestan and Chechnya, who are under Kremlin control, have declared a state of emergency due to record-breaking floods and mudslides coming down from the mountains.
