The High Anti-Corruption Court extended Tetyana Krupa's release on bail
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has granted the motion filed by the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) and extended the term of the restrictions imposed on the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSEC). The restrictions will remain in effect for another two months—through June 15, 2026.
This was reported by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
According to the court’s decision, the suspect, who is currently out on bail, is required to:
notify the investigator, prosecutor, or court of any change in her place of residence;
surrender her passport and other documents granting the right to leave and enter Ukraine for safekeeping.
The case of the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Examination Commission (MSEC) gained widespread attention after the exposure of large-scale schemes of illicit enrichment and the discovery of significant amounts of cash during searches. The procedural measures are aimed at preventing the suspect from absconding from the investigation and ensuring proper conduct during the trial.
As a reminder, the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Krupa, posted a 20 million hryvnia bail and was released from pretrial detention.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office have completed the pre-trial investigation into the case involving the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Examination Commission, Regional Council Deputy Tetiana Krupa, as well as her husband and son.
