Payments for the April National Cashback program have already begun
Ukrainians have begun receiving payments under the “National Cashback” program for April. More than 5 million citizens will receive these payments.
In addition to cashback for purchases of Ukrainian goods, payments for fuel purchases will also be credited to cards.
The funds received must be used by July 31. After that date, any unused balance will automatically be returned to the state budget.
Cashback can be spent on:
- paying for utilities and postal services;
- charity and support for the Armed Forces;
- purchasing medications and Ukrainian goods;
- purchasing books from Ukrainian publishers.
The April payment was the last one under the first phase of the program. If funds accumulated by April 30, 2026, were not credited to your card, it is no longer possible to receive them.
A new phase of the program began on May 1, during which cashback accumulation has restarted.

The total amount of “National Cashback” payments is approximately ₴8 billion.
Ukrainians will begin receiving payments under the “National Cashback” program for April starting July 3, 2026. According to a decision by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, the deadline for using all accrued funds has been extended through July 31.
