A bail of nearly 5 million hryvnias was set for the deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, who was caught taking kickbacks

Bail in the amount of nearly 5 million hryvnias was set for Vladislav Falyush, deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration. 

Previously, the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv had ordered him to be held in custody, with the option of posting bail in that amount.

Vladislav Falyush has served as deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration since September 2024; prior to that, he managed institutions in the field of local roads and worked at private road construction companies.

On August 3, 2026, the Office of the Prosecutor General notified the official that he was suspected of receiving an unlawful benefit (Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the official demanded kickbacks amounting to 5% of the value of the agreements in exchange for signing contracts for the repair of interregional highways and securing their funding
