President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law ratifying the grant agreement between Ukraine and France, which provides for the allocation of 71 million euros to support critical infrastructure and priority economic sectors.
The grant agreement between the governments of Ukraine and France was signed on February 20, 2026, in Kyiv.
The document establishes the legal basis for receiving funds that will be directed toward the restoration of healthcare facilities, energy infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, water supply and wastewater systems, housing construction, digital technologies, as well as for humanitarian demining and support for the agricultural sector.
