At the conference in Gdańsk, Ukraine plans to sign agreements worth more than €1.5 billion
During the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC-2026), to be held in Gdańsk, Poland, the Ukrainian side expects to sign agreements and memorandums totaling more than 1.5 billion euros.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction Oleksiy Kuleba.
According to him, the funds are planned to be directed toward three key areas: providing housing for citizens, developing and modernizing infrastructure, and rebuilding communities and regions.
In particular, an agreement with the Council of Europe Development Bank for 140 million euros is expected to be signed at the conference to support Ukrainians who have lost their homes. Part of the funds will be allocated to new housing vouchers under the “eRecovery” program.
The government also plans to secure an additional 100 million euros for the HOME project—50 million euros each from the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Italian government—to provide compensation for destroyed housing.
