Zelenskyy met with Sergey Flesh Beskrestnov: They agreed to cooperate
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with military technology expert Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov, during which they discussed current issues related to the technological development of Ukraine’s defense sector.
According to the head of state, the main focus was on modern technological solutions that help save the lives of Ukrainian servicemen and enhance the effectiveness of the Defense Forces.
The parties also discussed the need for a rapid response to new military technologies being deployed by Russia.
Following the meeting, Zelenskyy announced that he had agreed with Beskrestnov to cooperate as closely as possible.
“We agreed with Serhiy to cooperate as closely as possible. There will be decisions,” the president noted.

As a reminder, on July 16, rallies in support of Mykhailo Fedorov took place for the second time that day in Kyiv, Lviv, and Lutsk following reports of his resignation as defense minister. Participants called on the authorities to continue the reforms that have already begun and to transparently select new leadership for the Ministry of Defense.
Russian Z-bloggers reacted positively to Mykhailo Fedorov’s dismissal as Ukraine’s defense minister, claiming that this could allegedly weaken the Ukrainian army.
