150 firefighters extinguished a fire at an industrial facility in Poltava region after a Russian strike
In the night of 20 February, Russian terrorists struck an industrial facility in the Myrhorod district of Poltava region. The fire was extinguished by 150 firefighters over several hours.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on their Facebook page.
"A fire broke out, which was extinguished by the rescuers. More than 150 firefighters and about 50 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service units of Poltava region were involved in the firefighting," the statement said.

Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.


It should be recalled that on the night of 20 February 2026, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine, using ballistic weapons and 128 drones of various types.
Also during the night, explosions were reported in temporarily occupied Crimea: the airfields of Belbek and Saky may have been targeted.
