Attack on Khmelnytskyi Region: One Man Injured and Power Outages
In the Khmelnytskyi region, a man in the Shepetivka district was injured during a massive Russian attack.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Tyurin.
According to him, air defense forces were operating in the region—enemy targets were shot down, and details are being clarified.
As a result of the attack, the man suffered a concussion and a brain contusion. He was hospitalized, and medical personnel are providing the necessary care.
Power outages have also been reported in the region. Utility workers are already working to restore power.
This attack was part of a large-scale Russian air assault that on March 24, 2026, targeted several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear areas.
As a result of the morning enemy strike on Dnipro, the number of casualties has risen to 13 people.
