Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow have become daily

In Ukraine, the intensity of drone attacks on Moscow increased significantly in December. Since December 30, raids by Ukrainian UAVs have become daily for the Russian capital, according to data from the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Telegram channel of Moscow’s mayor, Sergey Sobyanin.

This was reported by Russian propaganda media.

Over the past month, dozens of drones flew toward Moscow: the largest attack was on December 11 — 46 UAVs, previously, on March 11, — 74 drones. In total, during December, attacks were recorded on 13 days, setting a record for the past year. This activity indicates a change in Ukraine’s tactics: the strikes have become almost routine, rather than symbolic or occasional.

At the same time, Russian strikes on Ukraine continue: on Monday night, nine missiles and 165 drones were launched across the country. As a result of the attack on Kyiv, one person was killed, three others were injured, and a private medical clinic was damaged.

Energy infrastructure in Kharkiv was also targeted, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. This winter has seen the heaviest attacks on Ukraine’s energy system. Since the start of the invasion, due to shelling and the capture of the Zaporizhzhia NPP, the country has lost over half of its generating capacity.

Recall that Moscow has come under drone attack.
