Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers eliminated nearly 900 occupiers in one day

As of 20 November 2025, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces released new information on Russian military losses resulting from the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Since the invasion began on 24 February 2022, Russia has lost approximately 1,162,120 military personnel, including 890 eliminated in the last 24 hours alone. These figures underscore the constant pressure on the occupying forces.

In addition to manpower, Russian equipment losses remain significant. These include 11,357 tanks, 34,530 artillery systems, and more than 82,000 drones. Losses in the vehicle fleet have also been recorded, amounting to 67,703 units, illustrating the scale of the destruction of the enemy’s material and technical resources.

Among the destroyed equipment are:

  • 11,357 tanks (+1 per day)
  • 23,597 armoured combat vehicles (+2)
  • 34,530 artillery systems (+19)
  • 1,546 MLRS
  • 1,247 air defence systems
  • 428 aircraft
  • 347 helicopters

The number of destroyed operational-tactical drones increased to 82,470 (+384), and cruise missiles to 3,981 (+41). Losses also include 28 ships and boats and 1 submarine.

Damage was inflicted on motor vehicles as well — 67,703 units (+68), including fuel tankers, as well as 4,002 units of special equipment (+1).

These figures reflect the scale of Russia’s material and technical losses and the effectiveness of Ukraine’s counter-combat operations.
