A drone attacked a police car in Sumy Oblast: the vehicle was destroyed by fire
In the Sumy district, a Russian drone attacked a police car while it was on duty.
Law enforcement officers were returning after responding to a call when the drone struck their vehicle. As a result of the impact, the car caught fire and was completely destroyed by the flames.
The police officers managed to exit the vehicle and were unharmed.
Despite the constant threat, law enforcement officers in the region continue to serve and carry out their duties even under the most dangerous conditions.
On March 24, Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.
This attack was part of a large-scale air offensive by the Russian Federation that on March 24 swept across several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear regions.
