A second Russian soldier has been charged with a crime in the Kherson region
Investigators from the National Police of Ukraine, with the assistance of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, have identified another Russian servicemember implicated in the case of sexual assault against a minor in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.
The incident in question occurred in March 2024 during the Russian occupation of part of the region.
Previously, Mumadi Magomedov (call sign “Black”), a war criminal serving in the Russian army, had already been named as a suspect in this crime.
On March 24, 2024, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in one of the villages in the Kherson region, Magomedov and Boysuiev grabbed a girl on the street, dragged her into a “Zhiguli” car, struck her in the face, forced her to swallow an unknown pill, and took turns raping her until 2:00 a.m.
The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) is publishing the personal details of a war criminal: Adam Saidovich Boysuiev, born September 4, 1994—a native of the village of Verkhniy Naur in the Nadterechny District of Chechnya. Citizen of the Russian Federation. Military rank: sergeant; call sign: “Khoma.” Commander of a squad in the third special-purpose group of the second special-purpose company of the 78th Special-Purpose Motorized Rifle Regiment “Sever-Akhmat” (military unit 77192).
He was notified of being suspected under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—cruel treatment of the civilian population committed by a group of persons acting in concert.
His actions are classified as violations of Articles 27 and 32 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, as well as Additional Protocol I.
The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) reiterates: every perpetrator will be identified—and every Russian war crime committed against the Ukrainian people will be duly punished.
According to the Main Intelligence Directorate, the individual in question is “Kadyrovite” Adam Boysuiev.
