The building housing the "Defense of Sevastopol" panorama museum in occupied Sevastopol was completely destroyed by fire following a drone attack. According to Russian media reports, the fire engulfed the entire facility, which covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, and rescue workers warned of the risk of the dome collapsing.

Data from the Russian Ministry of Finance show that in the first quarter of 2026, the Russian army signed 71,216 new contracts—the lowest figure in the last three years. At the same time, regional budget payments, according to analysts’ estimates, may indicate approximately 9,000 military casualties per month, or about 300 people per day.
