Photo: Two rocket fuel production facilities for the Uragan systems have been destroyed in Russia
As a result of the strike on the “Kamensky Plant” in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, Russian Federation, two production facilities were destroyed and four others were damaged.
The General Staff confirmed that the workshops in question were used for the production of explosives and gunpowder.
The plant is part of the Russian military-industrial complex and produces solid rocket fuel for the “Uragan,” “Smerch,” and “Tornado-S” multiple launch rocket systems, as well as for a number of other missile systems and airborne weapons.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the facility on the night of August 16.
