The General Staff updated the Russian Federation's casualty figures for the past 24 hours and reported the elimination of another 1,340 invaders
Over the past 24 hours, on July 30, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,340 Russian soldiers. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released updated figures on Russian military losses as of July 31, 2026.
As of July 31, Russia has lost the following in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel—approximately 1,446,150 (+1,340) individuals;
- tanks – 12,231 (+1);
- armored combat vehicles – 25,056 (+7);
- artillery systems – 47,045 (+42);
- multiple launch rocket systems – 1,976 (+0);
- air defense systems – 1,525 (+3);
- aircraft – 439 (+0);
- helicopters – 354 (+0);
- ground-based robotic systems – 2,081 (+10) units;
- operational-tactical UAVs – 435,665 (+1,1525) units;
- cruise missiles – 5,005 (+55) units;
- ships/boats – 34 (+0);
- submarines – 2 (+0) units;
- Vehicles and tanker trucks – 128,034 (+413) units;
- special equipment – 4,483 (+3) units
