The General Staff reported 67 attacks by Russia on the front lines in a single day
Since the start of the day, Russian troops have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 67 times. The fiercest fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, and Kostiantynivka sectors, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy is most active in the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers have carried out 16 assaults. Thirteen attacks each have been recorded in the Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka directions, and some of the clashes are still ongoing as of today.
Combat operations are also continuing in the Southern Slobozhansky, Lyman, Oleksandrivsky, Huliaipil, and Orikhiv sectors. At the same time, no enemy offensive actions have been recorded in the Kupiansky, Kramatorsky, and Dnipro sectors.
In addition, Russian troops continue to shell border areas of the Sumy region and have carried out airstrikes on Sumy and the town of Kruzhok.
