HUR releases data on 11 more Russian propagandists, including Bezrukov and Tsyganova

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (HUR) has published data on 11 more Russian public figures who support Russia’s war against Ukraine. Among them are actor Sergei Bezrukov, singer Viktoriya Tsyganova, and the head of the “Safe Internet League”, Yekaterina Mizulina.

This was reported by Ukraine’s HUR on Facebook.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, these figures are among the propagandists who justify the occupation of Ukrainian territories and Russia’s aggression. They actively support the Putin regime, take part in propaganda activities and influence public opinion.

Among the newly listed individuals are:

  • Sergei Bezrukov – actor, director and singer, involved in “agit-brigades” in temporarily occupied territories to boost the morale of Russian troops.
  • Viktoriya Tsyganova – singer and composer, performer of songs linked to the Wagner PMC and operations of the Russian army in Ukraine.
  • Yekaterina Mizulina – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and director of the “Safe Internet League”, which promotes Russian propaganda and restricts freedom of speech.

The “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section on the War&Sanctions portal currently contains information on 161 Russian propagandists who support Russia’s war and spread disinformation worldwide.

“Their voices, any activity and actions must be banned in the civilised world,” the HUR emphasised.
