Following the Russian drone attack on the “Yagotynske for Children” facility in the Brovary district of Kyiv region, the number of casualties continues to rise, while rescue services are assessing the scale of the tragedy and the consequences of the strike. According to updated data, as of 7:35 p.m., there are reports of nine injured employees and at least four fatalities. “As of 7:35 p.m., there are reports of four fatalities and nine injured employees at the ‘Yagotynske for Children’ facility in the Brovary district. Seven of the injured have been hospitalized,” the police statement reads.
Earlier, seven casualties were officially reported, but the number of injured has since risen following further clarification. The strike also caused significant property damage: nine vehicles and a private home near the factory were damaged.
In addition, in the Fastiv region, the infrastructure of another enterprise was damaged as a result of the same attack—the administrative building of a transportation company and at least 14 buses were damaged.
