EU countries agree to keep Russian assets frozen until Ukraine conflict ends

Leaders of European Union countries have agreed to keep Russian assets frozen until the Ukraine conflict is resolved and Russia makes payments to Ukraine, said European Council President António Costa. This decision is a significant move to support Ukraine and curb the aggressor.
