A Ukrainian flag was raised on the Kinburn Spit – video
The Ukrainian Defense Forces raised the national flag on the Kinburn Spit as part of a comprehensive operation in the southern sector and to increase pressure on the Russian occupiers.
In addition to demonstrating their presence, Ukrainian units are systematically destroying Russian logistics and military facilities; in particular, strikes were recorded against command posts for Russian “Molniya” strike drones near the village of Ochakivske, from where attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Mykolaiv region were regularly carried out.
According to Colonel Denys Nosikov, commander of the “Odesa” Operational-Tactical Group, Ukrainian forces have virtually cut off the supply of ammunition, food, and fuel to the occupiers on the Kinburn Spit. According to military intelligence, due to the effective cessation of supplies and the lack of fresh water, the invaders have now begun evacuating their forces. The military command emphasizes that this operation is a crucial part of the efforts to liberate Crimea and make it more difficult for Russian forces to remain throughout southern Ukraine.

Ukrainian defense forces have successfully cut off key supply routes for Russian occupation forces in the Mykolaiv region. Due to the effective actions of the Ukrainian military, the invaders are being forced to hastily abandon their positions on the Kinburn Spit.
